Language, main color and the basics for this server.
What is it for?
The basics every other module uses: the language AgencyMod speaks on your server, your color for all messages, who counts as a moderator and where general logs go.Set it up in 3 steps
- 01Pick the language and time zone of your server.
- 02Choose your main color and your moderator roles. Members with these roles may use moderation commands and are never filtered by auto moderation.
- 03Set a log channel that modules without their own channel use, then save.
TipTurn on “Changes only with two-factor login”: then only admins with two-factor login can change settings, which protects your server if a Discord account of your team gets taken over.
All settings explained
Language and time
- Bot language
- The language of all bot messages on this server. The descriptions of the slash commands follow each member's own Discord language.
- Time zone
- Used for times in messages, for example restart announcements.
Color
- Main color
- Used for every embed of the bot, unless a module has its own color.
Team and logs
- Moderator roles
- Members with these roles count as moderators for AgencyMod, in addition to everyone with Discord's moderation permissions.
- General log channel
- Default channel for logs and moderation actions. Modules can use their own channel instead.
Security
- Changes only with two-factor login
- Only admins who turned on two-factor login for their AgencyMod account can change settings, buy or cancel Premium or delete data here. Protects your server if a Discord account of your team gets taken over.
