Database driven housing system for FiveM.

v1.1.0Paid5 Pages

01Overview

Database driven housing system for FiveM. Detects QBCore, QBox and ESX by itself, or runs fully standalone without any framework. Houses are built in game through a step by step creator instead of a config file: interiors, shells, MLOs and whole apartment buildings with up to 40 flats behind one front door, each plot fenced by a property border marked from the air. Players buy houses, sell them to each other, rent and let them, browse every offer in the market and pay rent ahead, and money that arrives while they are offline is paid out when they next join. Keys, MLO door locking with auto lock and doorbell, furnishing from a catalogue of more than 1,300 props, security cameras and the built-in wardrobe are included, and a Housing app brings lock control and live cameras to Agency Phone, Agency Pad, lb-phone and qs-smartphone-pro. Inventory, clothing and garage scripts are found automatically, the database updates itself, and everything persists in MySQL.
