Tebex
The bot posts every purchase from your Tebex store in your channel, and buyers claim their roles with /claim.
What is it for?
Connects your Tebex store: every purchase is posted in your channel, and buyers claim their roles themselves with /claim.Set it up in 3 steps
- 01Add the webhook address from this tab in your Tebex settings and enter the secret here.
- 02Pick the channel for purchase messages and decide whether the amount and the buyer's name are shown.
- 03Turn on /claim and choose the roles buyers get, per package if you like. Save.
TipTurn on “Remove roles after refunds”: if a purchase is refunded or charged back, the roles are taken away again.

Connection
- Webhook secret
- In Tebex under Developers, Webhooks. Paste the secret key shown there. Stored securely and never shown again.
- Store link
- Shown in messages of the bot.
Purchase logs
- Purchase log channel
- The bot posts every purchase here, like payment logs.
- Refunds and claims
- Refunds, chargebacks, subscriptions and claims. Empty uses the purchase log channel.
- Show the amount
- Show the customer name
- The name the buyer used in your store.
Roles
- Roles with /claim
- Buyers enter their transaction ID and get the roles below.
- Customer role
- Given to everyone who claims a purchase.
- Roles per package
- Extra roles for buyers of certain packages.
- Remove roles after refunds
- When a claimed purchase is refunded or charged back, the bot takes the roles away again.
