Welcome

Greet new members, give them roles automatically and say goodbye when someone leaves.

What is it for?

Greets every new member in a channel of your choice, if you like with a private message and automatic roles. It can also say goodbye when someone leaves. With Premium, the greeting becomes a card with the member's profile picture.

Set it up in 3 steps

01Switch the module on and pick the welcome channel.
02Write your message. Placeholders like {user}, {server} and {count} are filled in automatically. Leave the field empty to use the default text.
03Optional: turn on automatic roles, the private message or the goodbye message, then save.

TipAutomatic roles are perfect for a basic member role, so new members can see your channels right away.

Switched on and off with the switch at the top of the tab.

Greeting

Welcome channel: Where new members are greeted.
Welcome message: Leave empty for the default text. Placeholders: {user} mentions the member, {name} is their display name, {server} the server name, {count} the member count.
Send as card: A card with color, avatar and an optional image instead of plain text.
Card color: Empty uses the main color.
Image in the card: Link to an image (https). For example a banner of your server.

Welcome card

Welcome card as imagePremium: A picture with the new member's avatar, name and member number on your own background.
Background of the cardPremium: Upload an image, ideally 1100 × 500 pixels. Empty uses your graphics background or the AgencyMod background.

Private message

Private message: Also send new members a private message.
Text of the private message: Same placeholders as the welcome message.

Automatic roles

Automatic roles: Give new members roles as soon as they join.
Roles for new members: The role of AgencyMod must be above these roles in the server settings.

Goodbye

Goodbye message: Post a message when someone leaves the server.
Goodbye channel: Where goodbye messages are posted.
Goodbye text: Leave empty for the default text. Placeholders: {name} and {server}.
