Suggestions

Members post ideas, everyone votes with thumbs up or down, and your team accepts, declines or marks them with a reason.

What is it for?

Members post ideas for your server, everyone votes with a thumbs up or down, and your team decides. Every decision gets a status and a reason, and the member can get a DM about it.

Set it up in 3 steps

01Choose the channel under “Suggestion channel”. If you turn on “Turn messages into suggestions”, every message there becomes a suggestion, otherwise members use /suggest.
02Choose who decides under “Roles that decide”, and whether suggestions are anonymous and get a thread for discussion.
03Save. Your team accepts, declines or marks a suggestion with the buttons below it.

TipTurn on “DM about the decision”: members see that their idea was read, even when it was declined.

Turn messages into suggestions: Every normal message in the channel becomes a suggestion. Your team can write normally by starting with !

Anonymous: Hides who made the suggestion.

Roles that decide: Moderators can always decide.
